RETURNS POLICY:
* You have 3 calendar days to return an item from the date of receipt.(You need to reach out to our support team and inform about your return and our team will schedule a pickup of your return item)
* To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original condition that you received it
* Your item must be in the original packaging
* Your item need to have original invoice which you received within the parcel
REFUNDS POLICY:
* Once we receive your item, we will inspect and notify that we have received your returned item
* We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item
* If your return is approved, we will initiate refund to your original method of payment
* You will receive the credit within 7-15 days depending on your card issuer's policies
*If you receive a refund, 2% transaction fee plus 18% GST on fee, both original shipping cost and return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund and the balance amount will be transferred
